Terms of service
Short version: we do the work described, we do not promise AI recommendations, and you can stop the monthly service with 30 days' notice.

The service
We measure how AI assistants describe and recommend a business, and we implement technical and content changes intended to improve that. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.
No guarantee of outcomes
Large language model output is non-deterministic and changes without notice. We do not guarantee that a business will be recommended, ranked, cited or mentioned by any AI system, search engine or directory. Any figure or example shown is illustrative of method, not a promise of result. This is the central term of these terms — if a guaranteed outcome is what you need, we are the wrong supplier.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the business, its services, service area and licence status.
- Provide access to the website and Google Business Profile where implementation is purchased.
- Do not ask us to publish reviews, claims or structured data that are false or misleading.
Payment
The audit is free. Sprints are invoiced 50% on start and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Monthly tracking is invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Work pauses on overdue invoices.
Confidentiality and ownership
Your business data stays yours. On final payment, the deliverables we produce for you — content, markup, documentation — are yours to use. Our method, prompt sets, benchmarks and internal tooling remain ours.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost ranking.
