Services

What we change, and in what order

Three services, deliberately sequenced. Measure first, fix second, track third. Nothing here is sold as a guarantee, because model answers do not work that way.

Step 1 · Free

The AI visibility audit

Twenty questions your customers actually ask, run against three models, scored and recorded. It takes us about twenty minutes and it is the honest starting point for everything else.

  • 20 fixed prompts — eight category-and-city, four question-form, four Spanish, four brand. Frozen for the account so every future month is comparable.
  • 3 models — ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, with browsing or grounding on, version-stamped and dated.
  • Presence scoring — every answer scored 0 to 3: absent, named only, described, described and cited.
  • Competitor leaderboard — who occupies each slot today, by name.
  • Factual error check — anything the model states incorrectly about the business, quoted verbatim. This is usually the most persuasive page in the report.
  • Entity diagnostic — ten technical checks, pass or fail, each mapped to a fix.
  • Recorded walkthrough — ten minutes, screen-shared or sent as a video, with the raw answers attached.
Why free

Because a claim is worth nothing here

"You're invisible to AI" is an assertion until it is run. The audit is the argument, and it is also our proof of competence: if the report is not specific and useful, you should not hire us.

You keep the report either way, including the fix list. We would rather be the company that told you the truth for free than the one that charged you to find out.

Step 2 · $1,500–2,500 one-off

The implementation sprint

Three to four weeks. Everything in the audit that failed, fixed in priority order, starting with the things models need before they can name you at all.

Entity and structure

  • sameAs graph linking site, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp and any directory that matters
  • Full LocalBusiness/Organization markup with geo, priceRange, hours and founding details
  • areaServed corrected from "the state" to the cities actually served
  • Service and FAQPage markup on every service page
  • Article markup across the knowledge base
  • hreflang between English and Spanish versions where both exist
  • llms.txt stating services, area, hours and contact facts

Content, corroboration and access

  • Answer-first rewrite of the four highest-value service pages: question heading, 40–60 word direct answer, then detail
  • Review engine — the ask, the timing, the destination, and where reviews surface on-site
  • Google Business Profile: categories, services, service area, hours, photos, products, Q&A seeded with real questions
  • AI crawler access verified per User-Agent — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, all returning real content
  • Search Console and Bing Webmaster verified, sitemaps submitted, indexation confirmed
  • Favicon, social card and canonical consistency — small things that signal a maintained business

Tracking and content

The part that turns a project into a position. Answers drift, competitors publish, and models change. Without a monthly re-run you cannot tell whether any of it worked.

Monthly re-measurement

The same 20 prompts, the same three models, scored the same way. Month-on-month movement per prompt, plus the competitor leaderboard again.

Four answer-first pages

Question-shaped heading, direct answer in the first paragraph, detail underneath, FAQ markup. In English and Spanish where the market calls for it.

Competitor watch

Who gained a slot, who lost one, and what they changed. Useful for you, and it is the honest answer to "is this still working?"

Questions about the work

Do you need access to run the audit?

No. The audit measures what the models say from outside. Implementation needs edit access to the site and to the Google Business Profile.

What if the site is on a platform we can't edit?

Structured data can usually be injected through the platform's SEO settings, a tag manager, or a small script include. If it genuinely cannot, we say so before you pay.

Is llms.txt required?

No, and we won't pretend it produces rankings. It is a cheap way to state facts for crawlers and it costs nothing to maintain. That is the whole argument for it.

What do you need from us?

Edit access, the Google Business Profile, twenty minutes with someone who knows the business, and a decision on reviews — because reviews are the part clients most often stall on, and the part that matters most.
