Plain version: we collect what you send us in an enquiry, we use it to answer and to run the audit, and we delete it on request.

What we collect
- Enquiry details — business name, website, category and city, email address, and anything you write in the notes field. You provide this voluntarily.
- Audit output — the prompts we run and the answers the models return about your business. This is derived from public sources, not from you.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent and requested URL, retained for security and abuse prevention.
- No advertising trackers. We do not run third-party ad pixels, cross-site tracking or data brokers on this site.
Why we hold it
Enquiry details are used to reply, to run the audit you asked for, and to follow up about that audit. Audit output is used to produce your report, and — in aggregate and without naming a client without permission — to maintain our benchmark data.
Who sees it
Our team. Service providers who host this website and handle email may process it on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with competitors or with the AI providers we test.
How long
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while the engagement is active and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@llmrecommendations.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or California, your local law gives you these rights formally; we apply them regardless of where you are.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for advertising or analytics. Any session cookie used to protect the contact form is functional only.
